Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF NON-PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. PEKANBARU STATE SAVINGS BANK This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the non-physical environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru State Savings Bank. The population in this study was 103 with sampling using the Census method, so the sample in this study was 103 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The non-physical work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru State Savings Bank. The results of this research show that the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pekanbaru State Savings Bank
