Vegetables are one of the horticultural crops which are the leading commodities in Indonesia, especially in Riau Province. The problem with the productivity of vegetable farming is that productivity is still low and there is still no efficient use of production inputs so that it has an impact on income. This study aims to analyze: (1) Characteristics and profile of vegetable farming (2). Cultivation Techniques and allocation of the use of production factors/means. (3) Productivity of Vegetable Farming. (4) Income and Efficiency of Vegetable Farming. (5) Factors affecting the productivity of vegetable farming. This study used a survey method which was carried out in West Sidomulyo Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. The research was conducted for 6 months starting from October 2022 to March 2023. Respondents in this study were 30 vegetable farmers. Data analysis used descriptive quantitative analysis, qualitative, multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the farmers were classified as productive (43 years), had a low level of education (SD), were very experienced in vegetable farming (15 years), and the average number of family members was 3 people. Small-scale vegetable farming with an average cultivated area of 420.6 m2 for spinach, 349.6 m2 for kale and 33.3 m2 for mustard greens. Cultivation techniques according to theory and field are the same but the allocation of production facilities used is different. The single factor productivity that has a high contributing role is seeds and NPK fertilizer while the multifactor productivity for spinach is 11.37, kale is 12.64 and mustard greens is 131.77. The average income of spinach per cultivation is Rp. 448.976, per 1000 m2 Rp. 1,074,913, while the average income of kale per cultivation is Rp. 453.101, per 1000 m2 Rp. 1,238,885, and the average income of mustard greens per cultivation is Rp. 1.488.000, while per 1000 m2 of Rp. 11.409.949. The farming efficiency of spinach and kale is 1.38 and 1.38, while the efficiency of mustard greens is 1.31. The dominant factor affecting the productivity of vegetable farming in Sidomulyo Barat Village is the area of land per arable land.
