Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of service quality, location and promotion on customer satisfaction at Ridwan Mobile phone counters in Siak. The sampling technique in this study is to use saturated sample technique or census method, which is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. In this case the researcher took 75 samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) Simultaneously service quality, location and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) Partially service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) Partially location has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (4) Partially promotion has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
