Abstract
Analysis of Agro-industry Business and Marketing of Hanafa Food Atomic Crackers in Binawidya Village, Binawidya District, Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Under the guidance of Dr. Ir. Ujang Uncle Ismail M.Agr. Hanafa Food's Atomic Cracker Agroindustry Business is a food processing business by processing fresh mackerel fish into atomic crackers which have high economic value so they need to be managed properly in order to optimize production and maximize profits. The objectives of this study were: (1) Characteristics of entrepreneurs, traders and business profiles (2) Use of raw materials and supporting materials, use of technology and production processes (3) Production costs, production, prices, income, efficiency and added value (4) Channels, agencies, functions, costs, margins, marketing profits, marketing efficiency. The method used survey method. Respondents were taken purposively (purposive sampling) with a total of 1 entrepreneur, namely Mr. Doni Fajri as the owner of the atomic cracker agro-industry business, 1 worker and 5 traders. The data collected consisted of primary and secondary data in the form of quantitative and qualitative descriptive data. Data were analyzed using hayami method. The results show that: age of the entrepreneur is 43 years, average age of the trader is 40.71 years, which is classified as productive age. Entrepreneur education level is 15 years (D3) and the average merchant education is 12.43 (SLTA). The entrepreneur's business experience is 11 years and the average trader's business experience is 8.00 years. The dependents of the entrepreneur's family are 4 people and the family dependents on the traders are 2-4 people. The business profile of the atomic cracker agro-industry was founded in 2011. This business is a small industrial scale, is an individual-owned business, own business capital. Raw materials used is 5 kg/production process and 60 kg/month, and using technology modern. Total cost is IDR 952,707/production process and IDR 11,427,873/month. Total production is 10 kg of 5 kg of fresh mackerel and the selling price of atomic cracker production is IDR 160,000/kg. Net income of IDR 647,292/production process and IDR 19,200,000/month. Efficiency of 1.68 and added value generated is IDR. 197,940, added value ratio 61.85 percent. There are 2 marketing channels for this atomic cracker: marketing channel I, namely entrepreneurs to retailers to consumers and on this business marketing channel. It has a marketing margin of IDR 20,000 and a profit margin of IDR 10,000/kg and an efficiency of 6.25 percent. Channel II has no margin and no profit margin and efficiency because entrepreneurs sell directly to consumers.
