Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of extrinsic work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Sinar Reksa Kencana, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling technique in this research was using a quota sampling technique. In this case, the researcher took a sample of Sinar Reksa Kencana employees, Batang Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 80 employees. The method used is descriptive analysis and Smart Pls Analysis. The research results showed that partially extrinsic work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously extrinsic work motivation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance
