Abstract

Well T-02 is a well that has experienced a decrease in production flow rate, so an analysis of the layers contained in the well is carried out to optimize production. One of the layers contained in the well will be perforated to increase the production flow rate of T-02 well. The success of perforation is influenced by several parameters such as porosity, reservoir pressure, thickness damage zone, perforation density, phase angle, borehole diameter. In this study an analysis will be carried out regarding the effect of the perforation density value and phase angle on the perforation effectiveness using pipesim software. The variations in the density values used are 4 spf, 5 spf, 6 spf and the variations in the phase angle values are 60° , 72° , 120° . Based on the research results, it was found that the perforation scheme with a perforation density of 6 spf phase angle 60° , is 740.2379 STB/day. In addition, the researchers also conducted a nodal analysis to see the flowrate value of well T-02. Then the result of the pressure at nodal analysis point is 438.7024 psia. Based on the Anova hypothetical test that the hypothetical value of Perforation Density to the signature is 0.000 which means <0.05 so it can be concluded that H1 is rejected H0 is accepted which means the perforation density variation 6 SPF phase angle 60° , Gives an effect value on the perforation design And on the hypothetical value the phase angle is 0.485 which means > 0.05 so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected H1 is accepted there is no difference that affects the Phase Angle value. obtained at phase angle 120° . this is because seen from the skin and flowrate obtained is quite high, especially from the skin value perforation density variation 4 SPF at phase angle 120° . with the highest skin obtained, namely 1.355698 and flowrate, namely 562.7804 STB/ day. analysis of variance, shaped charges, change layer, flowrate, skin, phase angle
