Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze service quality on patient satisfaction at the Gunung Sari Village Health Center, Kampar District. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were patients who had visited the Gunung Sari Village Health Center, Kampar Regency. The sample collection used was the lemeshow formula method, namely samples taken from unknown populations. The size of the sample was determined based on this method, namely 96 patients. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire or questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive quantitative analysis and Simple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Gunung Sari Village Health Center, Kampar Regency. This proves that the higher the quality of service at the health center, it will be able to increase patient satisfaction.
