Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyze how the Competence and Job Satisfaction of PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT. IIS) Ukui. The population in this research is all employees who work at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT. IIS) Ukui. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive technique, namely the entire population was used as a research sample, totaling 99 people. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis. The results of this research show that based on the research results, training has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT.IIS) Ukui Group. Based on the research results, work motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT.IIS) Ukui Group. Based on the research results, training and work motivation have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT. Inti Indo Sawit Subur (PT.IIS) Ukui Group.
