Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND PRODUCT COMPLETENESS ON PURCHASING DECISIONS AT ANGKASA MART GROUP IN WEST SIDOMULYO, KAMPAR DISTRICT BY FERDI ANDRE RENALDI 185210870 ABSTRACT This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Product Completeness on Purchasing Decisions at the Angkasa Mart Group in West Sidomulyo, Kampar Regency. This research uses primary data with a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was 140 consumers of the Angkasa Mart Group in West Sidomulyo, Kampar Regency. The sampling technique uses the Accidental Sampling Technique. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, Product Completeness has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions, and Service Quality and Product Completeness have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.
