Abstract
The research objective was to determine the effect of Bokashi tofu dregs and NPK 16:16:16 fertilizer on the growth and production of tomato plants. This research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, for five months from May to September 2022. The design used was a Completely Randomized Factorial Design consisting of two factors. The first factor was Bokashi tofu dregs (A) consisting of 4 levels, namely without treatment, 112.5 g, 225 g, 337.5 g/plant and the second factor was NPK 16:16:16 (N) consisting of 4 levels, namely without treatment, 5 g, 10 g, 15 g per plant. Parameters observed were plant height, age at flowering, harvest age, number of fruit planted, weight of fruit planted, weight of fruit per fruit, and amount of fruit left over. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with a follow-up test for Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. The results showed that the effect of Bokashi tofu dregs and NPK 16:16:16 had a significant effect on the parameters of observation of plant height, age of flower emergence, harvest age, number of fruit planted, fruit weight per fruit, fruit weight planted and the number of fruit left over. The best treatment (A3N3). The main effect of Bokashi tofu dregs had a significant effect on all observed parameters, with the best treatment being 337.5 g/plant (A3). The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 has a significant effect on all observation parameters, with the best treatment being 15 g/plant (N3).
