Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and organizational climate on teacher performance at SD Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. The population at SD Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru was 69 teachers, while the sample in this study was 68 teachers at SD Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS V.22. The results of the F test research show that Leadership and Organizational Climate have a significant and influential effect on Teacher Performance at SD Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru. Meanwhile, the results of the t test research show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SD Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru, and organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SD Al-Hidayah Pekanbaru.
