Abstract

This research took place at the Fish Seed Center (BBI) of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, this research was carried out from December 11 to December 30, 2022 for 20 days with the aim of determining the effect of the percentage of feeding pasta mixed fermented banana peel flour and anchovy head flour to increase the dilution and growth of baung fish fry. The ingredients used in this study were baung fish, banana peel flour, anchovy head meal and EM4. The method used in this study is the Complete Random Design method using 5 treatments and 3 tests, namely P1 (Feeding with a percentage of 6% of body weight), P2 (Feeding with a percentage of 8% of body weight), P3 (Feeding with a percentage of 10% of body weight), P4 (Feeding with a percentage of 12% of body weight) and P5 (Feeding with a percentage of 14% of body weight). From the parameters that have been measured, the best result in this study was the percentage of feeding 10% of the body weight of the fish. With a breakdown of the dilution rate of 78%, absolute weight growth of 0.27gr, absolute length growth of 1.17 cm, with a daily growth rate of 1.37%, feed conversion value of 0.77%, feed efficiency of 55.98%. The water quality parameters in this study are very supportive, namely the temperature range of 25-31oC, pH 6-7, initial DO 10 and late ranging from 4.8-6.5mg / L, initial ammonia 0.12 and final ammonia ranging from 0.68-3.07 ppm. After the variance test analysis obtained the results of there was a real influence of P<(0.01) on absolute weight growth, absolute length growth and daily growth rate, but the results did not differ markedly on the dilution of baung fish fry
