Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Influence of Leadership and Work Environment on the Work Commitment of Sidomulyo Health Center Employees in Pekanbaru City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, namely by collecting data obtained from respondents through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 68 employees. Types and sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques are by interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS V.22. The results of the F test showed that Leadership and Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on the Work Commitment of Sidomulyo Health Center Employees in Pekanbaru City. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test showed that leadership had a positive and significant effect on the Work Commitment of Sidomulyo Health Center Employees in Pekanbaru City, and the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Work Commitment of Sidomulyo Health Center Employees in Pekanbaru City.
