Abstract
This study aims to determine the scientific attitudes and learning outcomes of Biology class XMAN 3 Pekanbaru students through the application of the Google Docs-based inquiry model for the 2022/2023 Academic Year which was carried out in class X.3 with a total of 36 students. This research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). There are 2 parameters that are measured, namely the scientific attitude dimensions and indicators. Furthermore, student learning outcomes are in the form of absorption and mastery of student learning which consists of individual and classical completeness. Data analysis was carried out descriptively to determine the absorption and completeness of student learning for cognitive and psychomotor scores. Aspects of the dimensions and indicators of scientific attitude in the first cycle was 56.01% increased in the second cycle to 75.32%. In the absorption of students' PPK values before PTK 68.77% increased in cycle I to 78.935% with an increase of 10.16% and in cycle II it increased to 87% with an increase of 8.07%. The classical mastery of students' Cognitive scores before PTK 58.33% increased in cycle I to 83.33% with an increase of 25% and in cycle II it increased to 97.22% an increase of 13.89%. Absorption of students' skill scores before PTK 79.10% increased in cycle I to 79.22% with an increase of 0.12% and in cycle II it increased to 87% with an increase of 7.78%. The classical completeness of students' Skills scores before PTK 72.22% increased in cycle I to 75% with an increase of 2.78% and in cycle II it increased to 97.22% with an increase of 22.22%. It can be concluded that the application of the guided inquiry model can improve the scientific attitude and learning outcomes of biology class X students in the 2022/2023 Academic Year.
