Abstract

The research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University Islam Riau Jln. Kaharuddin Nasution KM 113, Air cold Village, District Bukit Raya, Pekanbaru City, Riau. The study was conducted for 2 months, starting from January to February 2022. The aim of the research is to determine the effect interactions and main effects of mycorrhizal biofertilizers and NPK 16:16:16 on Pakchoy plant growth and production. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD). consists of 2 factors, the first factor is: Application of mycorrhizal biofertilizer (A) consisting of 4 levels namely 0, 10, 20 and 30 g/plant, and the second factor is NPK 16:16:16 (N) which consisted of 4 treatment levels namely 0, 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 g per plants, so that there are 16 treatment combinations with 3 replications 48 experimental units. Each experimental unit consisted of 4 plants, and 2 of which were used as sample plants, so that the total plant was 192 plants. If the calculated F count is greater than the F table, then proceed with conducted a follow-up test of Honest Significant Difference (BNJ) at the 5% level. The interaction of mycorrhizal biofertilizers and NPK 16:16:16 had a significant effect to, number of leaves, plant fresh weight, economic weight, root volume, and weight dry. The best treatment was mycorrhizal biofertilizer 20 g/plant and NPK 16:16:16 4.5 g/plant. The main effect of real mycorrhizal biofertilizers on All parameters of observation are plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight plant, economic weight, root volume, and dry weight. The best treatment is mycoria biofertilizer 20 g/plant. The main effect of NPK 16:16:16 is real to All parameters observed were plant height, number of leaves, wet weight plant, economic weight, root volume, and dry weight.
