Abstract

Pemda Street, Tualang District, is one of the most vital roads that connects regions in Tualang District and is the only causeway that is often passed to Siak Regency for the Tualang community. Almost every day the road is traversed by many vehicles with various mobilization activities with various types and loads of passing vehicles. Generally, the vehicles that cross this road are vehicles with heavy loads such as company timber trucks. Due to the road being the main activity for vehicles with heavy loads, almost every road segment experienced some damage with different types of damage and different levels of damage area. This study uses the Bina Marga method. The data obtained from field observations are used as a reference in identifying the types of road pavement damage. Data processing is done manually based on the theories that have been put forward using the method of calculating the level of damage assessment system and the percentage of damage area on the pavement. From the results of the study for the percentage of damage area based on each type of damage experienced on the Pemda road section, Tualang District, Siak Regency, the total area of cracked damage was 69.99 m2 with a percentage of 0.20% with a very small category. For the type of hole damage, the total area of hole damage is 18.88 m2 with a percentage of 0.05% with a very small category. In the type of groove damage, the total area of damage is 634 m 2 with a percentage of 18,4 % with a very small category. For this type of damage, the total area of damage is 49.95 m2 with 0.14% with very little category. And for the type of patch damage, the total type of damage experienced was 194.65 m2 with a percentage of damage area of 0.57% with very little category.Level of Damage, Flexible Pavement, Bina Marga
