Abstract

This research was motivated by lack of students’ moral. Research focused on was there any influence of islamic education in family on student’s moral at class X senior high school 1 Teluk Meranti. This research used correlational quantitative research. The purpose in this research examined to know the influence of islamic education in family on student’s moral at class X senior high school 1 Teluk Meranti. The population in this research was class X stuents at senior high school 1 Teluk Meranti in 30 students. This research consisted of two varibales that was Islamic education (variable X) and students’ moral (variable Y). This research finding showed that there was any influence of Islamic education in family on students’ moral. It could be seen from data computation by using IBM SPSS statistic 22 for windows that simple regression analysis got significant score smaller than 0.05 where 0.000 < 0.05. So, research hypothesis about the influence of Islamic education in family on student’s moral at class X senior high school 1 Teluk Meranti was accepted. The influence score between Islamic education in family (variable X) had contribution in 50.5% on students’ moral (variable Y), meanwhile 49.5% students’ moral was influenced by others variables that did not research. It meant that the influence of Islamic education in family on students’ moral at class X senior high school 1 Teluk Meranti was in “very strong” category.
