Abstract

THE EFFORT OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS EDUCATION TEACHERS IN IMPROVING THE CHARACTER OF RESPONSIBILITY IN SDIT MAIN PERSON 1 PEKANBARU CITY By: RIAN HADI PRATAMA 182410089 This research is motivated by the presence of some students who find it difficult to focus during the teaching and learning process, do not listen to what is directed, do not want to understand well the material provided, and cannot appreciate the surrounding environment from teachers, school residents, and peers. This research is very important because it aims to explain what efforts are made by PAI teachers in improving the character of responsibility at SDIT Insan Utama 1 Pekanbaru City. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used by the author are interviews and documentation. The data processing and analysis used in this study must provide raw data in the form of transcripts, field notes, the researcher's own views, and provide data for analysis. The results of the research are that students are trained to be class presidents, maintain cleanliness, class pickets, study group leaders, host ceremonies every Monday, respect elders, be consistent with their potential or talents and interests, create a comfortable learning atmosphere in class. , is active in learning and participates in choosing his preferred learning method, does not blame anyone for his actions, builds supportive relationships and builds good interactions, is active in linking responsibility and moral materials with the life of the surrounding environment, disposes of garbage in its place and is responsible for goods that are borrowed like a package book at the library or a friend's package book.
