Abstract
AN ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PRODUCTIVITY AT BAZNAS OF PEKANBARU CITY BY: M NURSAL 182310331 Motivation is the driving force for employees to achieve a productivity expected by the company, the BAZNAS of Pekanbaru City provides motivation to employees in the form of supports, willingness, building skills and the productivity in the form of ability, performance improvement, and work enthusiasm. The aim of the study is to investigate the analysis of motivation on employee work productivity at the BAZNAS of Pekanbaru City. This is a descriptive qualitative study. The informants of this study are the chief, the vice chief and 8 employees at the BAZNAS of Pekanbaru city. The data collection techniques of the study are observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique consists of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study show that providing motivation to the employees at the BAZNAS of Pekanbaru City is very important, but there are some factors that make the employee work productivity at the BAZNAS of Pekanbaru City decreases, namely due to COVID 19 which makes the employee work productivity become not optimal, such as a decrease in the number of mustahiks and a decrease in the amount of funds distributed to the mustahiks.
