Abstract
AN IMPLEMENTATION OF DEMONSTRATION METHOD IN FIQH LEARNING AT MA’HAD SUANPRAYA WITTAYA NARATHIWAT (SOUTHERN THAILAND) BY: MUHAMMAD HASAFEE NPM: 182410391 The study in this thesis is about the implementation of demonstration method in Fiqh learning at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya, Southern Thailand. The phenomenon that occurs is that the students are less able to implement Fiqh lessons in daily practice. In this case, the researcher is interested to conduct a study on the teaching method related to preparation, steps, and assessment of Fiqh learning at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand). The problem formulations of the study are: (1) How the implementation of demonstration method in Fiqh learning at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand)?; (2) What are the factors that influence the implementation of demonstration method at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand)? The aims of the study are: (1) To find out the implementation of demonstration method in Fiqh learning at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand); (2) To find out the factors that influence the implementation of demonstration method at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand). This is a a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques of the study are observation, interview and documentation. To avoid errors, the data validity is checked by extending attendance, triangulation and peer checking. The population of the study is all Fiqh teachers at Ma'had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand) as many as 5 (five) teachers. The data analysis of the study is conducted through the steps of data reduction, data presentation and verification (drawing conclusions). The results of the study show that: (1) The implementation of demonstration method in Fiqh learning at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand) is categorized as not good; (2) The factors that influence the implementation of demonstration method in Fiqh learning at Ma’had Suanpraya Wittaya Narathiwat (Southern Thailand) are the inhibiting factors such as time constraints.
