Abstract
Competent human resources are a valuable asset for organizations in today's competitive business world. Good management will pay more attention, especially in terms of employee job satisfaction for the continuity of work activities to achieve common goals. The author conducted a study aiming to find out the relationship between organizational justice and gratitude with job satisfaction among employees of oil and gas companies in Riau Province. The sample in this study were 123 employees. The method used is the proportional random sampling technique and the data collection method uses a Likert scale with an organizational justice scale consisting of 25 valid items (?= 0.938) and the gratitude scale consisting of 12 valid items (?= 0.876) while the job satisfaction scale consists of 20 valid items (?= 0.913). The hypothesis test in this study used the r test with a simultaneous correlation determination coefficient value in this study of 0.702 with Sig.= 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, this study also uses multiple analysis techniques using the T test and F test (simultaneous) and from the results of this research hypothesis shows that there is a significant relationship between organizational justice and gratitude with job satisfaction for employees of the Oil and Gas company "x" in Riau Province, which equal to 74.9 %.
