Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness and practicality of the Imtaq integrated Biology module on the subject matter of cell structure and function in the regulation system of class XI MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru students in the 2018/2019 academic year. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2019. This type of research is development research with an experimental week design. This research is limited to the implementation stage to see the practicality of the module and the value to see the effectiveness of the module. The subjects used were 21 students of class XI IPA. Data collection was carried out 3 times, namely the regulation system. The instruments used in this study were written tests (cognitive learning outcomes), questionnaires, and observation sheets. Data processing techniques in this study are descriptive data analysis techniques and inferential data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the N-gain value on cognitive learning outcomes is 0.74 (high category). This indicates that the effective Biology module is 100% (very effective). The statistical test results show the Asymp value. Sig. (2-tailed) < (0.05), the heart is significantly different from the established standard of 0.31. The results of the practicality test of the Biology module integrated with Imtaq by students were 86.5% (very practical category) and the results of the practicality test of the module by the teacher were 92.77%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Imtaq integrated Biology module on cognitive on the subject of cell structure and function in an effective and practical regulatory system in class XI IPA MA Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru in theacademic year 2018/2019.
