Abstract

Regional Assets or Property is one of the important elements in the framework of government administration and services to the community. Regional property (BMD) is one of the most vital assets owned by the region to support the operations of the regional government. The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of civil servants in the administration of regional property management at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Rokan Hilir Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Based on the results of research conducted, it is known that the quality possessed by employees in the existing BMD administration is still weak, this can be seen from the lack of insight or not yet mastering expertise in the field of fully regional asset management, this is because most employees do not really understand the procedures for implementing administration through technology. existing modern. In the implementation of BMD administration in Rokan Hilir Regency. employees do not routinely administer BMD, this can be seen from the absence of BMD administration reports in 2019 for the first semester. Furthermore, in the implementation of BMD administration, employees need more than six months. Furthermore, the utilization of existing human resources has not been carried out optimally, this can be seen from the existence of employees who are not given any administrative tasks.
