Abstract

This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The population in this study were all members of PPLP Taekwondo Riau Province and Dispora which amounted to 13 people, consisting of 1 administrator, 1 coach, 1 assistant coach, and 10 athletes with a sampling that was saturated sample. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique that uses a Likert scale by distributing it via google form. Sources of data used are data sources in the form of Primary Data and Secondary Data. Based on the results of a questionnaire conducted by researchers on the administrators, coaches, and athletes of PPLP Taekwondo Riau Province, it can be concluded that the achievement development of PPLP Taekwondo athletes in Riau Province is 92,8% in category very good. This is also conveyed jointly by all members and is evidenced by the achievement of achievements and also the completeness of facilities and infrastructure.
