Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at FT. Rusindo Expertiza Inspekciya. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. The population was all employees of FT. Rusindo Expertiza Inspekciya, amounting to 30 people, due to population limitations, all population numbers were sampled. This study uses census sampling techniques or total samples, namely making the entire population. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence of leadership style on the performance of employees of FT. Russindo Expertiza Inspekciya. From the data analysis, the coefficient of determination or (R2) in this study is 0.596 or 59.6%, meaning that the performance of the employees of FT. Russindo Expertiza Inspekciya is influenced by the leadership style variable of 59.6% and the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables which are not examined in the study.
