Abstract
This report is entitled "Procedures for Cash Disbursements at the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office" which is located at Jl. Teratai No.83, Pulau Karam, Kec. Sukajadi, Pekanbar u City, Riau. This report aims to determine how the cash disbursement procedure at the Pekanbaru City Trade and Industry Office. In this paper, the method used by researchers is descriptive method which describes all the events and objects under study base d on theories that are closely related to the research results. Then the researcher will describe the general history of the agency, division / work unit, organizational structure, scope and job descriptions.
