Abstract

This study aims to determine the work discipline of employees of PT.Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru. The existence of a high workload makes employees undisciplined at work. This research uses descriptive research, which is looking for a description of the research phenomena to then draw conclusions. In this case, the object to be studied is employees who work at PT.Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru. The reason for using this type of descriptive research is because the variables studied are single variables so that hypothesis and statistical testing is not required, it just provides an idea of how disciplined work is for the employees of PT.Kharisma Dayung Utara Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is census sampling with the same population and sample, namely 32 people. The results showed that work discipline was in a good category based on 8 indicators, namely goals and abilities, role models, remuneration, justice, trustworthiness, sanctions and assertiveness obtained an average of 75.06%. This means that the average employee in the company feels that the company's goals are in line with the abilities of their employees, with a high level of discipline that should make employees more productive than before.
