Abstract

This study aims to determine how the infuence of service quality on customer satisfaction Zuhz Coffee Bar Pekanbaru City. In this study the authors used data collection with quantitative methods. In this case the researcher’s efforts to obtain the required data, the methods used are questionnaires and interviews to obtain appropriate information and data. In this study using the independent variable (x) to related variable (y). which uses a simple linear regression analysis method with the help of the SPSS application version 16.0. to get information the author uses the Accidental Sampling method, with 51 samples.
