Abstract
ABSTRACK THE EFFECT OF THE WORK ENVIRONMRNT ON EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY IN THE PRODUCTION SECTION OF PT.P&P BANGKINANG SIMALINYANG VILLAGE,KAMPAR REGENCY The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee productivity at PT. P&P Bangkinang in Simalinyang Village. This research was conducted at PT. P&P Bangkinang, in Simalinyang Village, Kampar Regency. The samples in this study amounted to 40 people using the purposive method. Data collection techniques used interviews and questionnaires, while the study explained that the work environment was good and had a positive effect on employee productivity.
