Abstract

Disabilities that are considered a social problem by society depends on the social value system of the community. Namely for example as follows, poverty, crime, family disorganization, generational problems youth in modern society, warfare, violation of norms society, population issues, environmental issues, bureaucracy, problem solving, planning social problems and religious problems and trust. This makes the writer feel interested in researching the problem social in the song lyrics of the Wali Band's Bocah Ngapa Yak album. the author wants know what social problems are trying to describe in the album's song lyrics Bocah Ngapa Yak by the band guardian. Problems in this study 1) How social problems in the song lyrics of the Wali Band's Bocah Ngapa Yak? Room the social scope of Maslah in the song lyrics of the Wali Band's Bocah Ngapa Yak album included in the study of literary criticism, especially the sociology of literature. According to Semi (2013: 59) "usually sociological approach or extrinsic approach question something about literature and society is narrow and externa, 1) Certain social situations, 2) Relating to social systems, 3) Related with social, 4) customs, 5) politics ". This research is focused into studies sociology of literature is a social problem. The theory is used to analyze This research problem is Soekanto (2015). The method used in This research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Technique which used in this research is documentation technique. The results of this study discovered the social problems depicted in the song lyrics in the Boy album Ngapa Yak by Wali Band, namely, family disorganization and the problems of the younger generation in modern society.
