Abstract

PT. Karya Anak Bangsa or Go-jek applications are electronic applications that deliver services in Indonesia and provide many benefits for the necessities of life. One of them is creating jobs for every Merchants or Restaurants that collaborate with Go-jek. At present many Merchants or restaurants have joined PT. Applications Karya Anak Bangsa or Gojek. The occurrence of this collaboration is set forth in the "Partnership Agreement" which in practice very often occurs obstacles, including the existence of dispute bills that must be deposited with notes written by the Merchants or Restaurants. The problem discussed is the Implementation of the Partnership Agreement according to the Civil Code and other Legislation relating to research in force in Indonesia and the Obstacles contained in the partnership agreement. The research method used was Observation Research by means of surveys, namely research directly in the field with information collection techniques carried out by collecting data in the form of questionnaires and interviews directly to respondents. Based on the research results, it was found several obstacles that occurred in the implementation of this partnership agreement, including the failure to achieve one of the principles of partnership according to Law Number 20 Year 2008 concerning UMKM, namely mutually reinforcing (Article 10 paragraph (2) Item C). In addition, there were also actions of unscrupulous drivers who didn’t know about the agreement between PT.AKAB with Merchants as well as making fictitious orders that impact on Merchants'losses.
