Abstract

Worker productivity determines the successful implementation of construction project schedule, because it has an impact on the suitability between construction schedule planning and the progress of work in the field. One component of the structure is that the block structure is part of a horizontal structure that is rigid in nature and transfers the load received from the floor plate to the supporting beam and then passed to the foundation. Different dimensions of blocks will produce different productivity, the greater the dimensions of the beam will be the more the number of constituent bones. In this research, observations were carried out with different dimensions of beams, namely Beam B1 = 35cm x 65cm long 8m, Beam B2 = 40cm x 80cm long 9m, Beam BA = 25cm x 50cm length 5m. This study aims to identify the work activities of beam correction, know the amount of productivity on different types of blocks, know the influence of productivity on different types of blocks and know the factors that affect the dimensions of blocks on labor productivity in building construction work. The research method used to calculate productivity is the time study method. Time Study is a technique of measuring work by collecting data based on the time needed to complete a job. Time Study method is used to calculate the standard time value of a job. The observation location is done at BCA Pekanbaru Bank Building. This observation was carried out for 14 days on the work of building blocks. The data generated from field observations are then calculated based on established formulations. Based on the results of the study obtained productivity results on different types of beam are on B1 beam with an average of 767,01 kg / day, B2 beam with an average of 725,48 kg / day, and BA beam with an average of 291,40 kg / day. The greater the productivity, the greater the dimensions of the beam. The biggest factor influencing the dimensions of the beam to productivity is the work experience statement, which is the highest correlation coefficient value (rhitung) with a value of 0.889 with a percentage rate of 88.9% which means work experience is the most influential factor in work productivity.
