Abstract

Resources are a determining factor in the success of a construction project. The success of the entire construction project depends on the success of each job in the project. An ineffective workforce is a constraining factor in project work. This is to determine the level of labor productivity. In an effort to analyze labor productivity, variables that can affect productivity levels must be considered. The data were collected by observing and analyzing the questionnaire data from 10 respondents. 2 respondents consisted of workers who worked on the object of research and 8 respondents who worked in other housing units. The types of work observed were iron work, formwork, casting, and dismantling of sloof beam formwork. This work is classified into three activities, namely: effective, contributive, and ineffective. In this research. Observations were made on the Mandala Garden type 45 housing development project on Jalan Teropong. Based on the results of the productivity analysis (LUR), all workers exceed 50%. With these results, it is evident that the labor productivity in this sloof block is productive. Labor 1 obtained the highest productivity yield (LUR) in reinforcing work, namely 72.64%. while labor 2 received the highest productivity (LUR) in formwork (71.98%), casting (64.79%), and formwork dismantling (85%).
