Abstract

The piping system at PT. Sarana Pembangunan Riau has been operating in the petroleum industry for a long time, therefore the piping system at PT Sarana Pembangunan Riau needs checking or maintenance, to analyze the pipe tension whether it is still in a safe state using Caesar II 2019 Software. The purpose of this research is to get a stress point. the highest that occurs in the piping system, and knows the amount that occurs due to sustained loads and expansion loads. From this research, it is found that the calculation of the highest voltage is compared to the value of the allowable voltage ratio, at the highest voltage value it cannot exceed 100%, if this happens, the piping system needs to be modified in the form of additional support, the results of the initial design with the highest voltage value are not dangerous but almost close to 100% and there are 4 Loadcases on different Node 80, on Loadcase 2 with a voltage value of 127420.5 KPa, 92.4% on Loadcase 4 with a voltage value of 126908.2 KPa, 92.0%. In Loadcase 6 with a voltage value of 127420.5 KPa, 92.4%. on Loadcase 7 with a voltage value of 127420.5 KPa, 92.4. after modification, there was a voltage drop on Loadcase 2 with a voltage value of 5871.6 KPa, 4.3%. on Loadcase 4 with a voltage value of 5359.2 KPa, 3.9%. on Loadcase 6 with a voltage value of 5671.6 KPa, 4.3%. on Loadcase 7 with a voltage value of 5871.6 KPa, 4.3%. and the conclusion from the data obtained in the piping system analysis in order to reduce the voltage ratio which is almost close to 100%, then it is given Support Y + at node 60 to produce a ratio of 4.3%.
