Abstract

The bridge is a construction that functions to connect two parts of the road that are cut off because of obstacles such as the existence of valleys, rivers, irrigation flows, highways that cross not a plot, railways, lakes and others. Bridge structure modeling is done with the help of CSI Bridge software program. The location of this research is in Sei. Mandau, Pungut Village, Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency. This bridge calculation includes calculation of dead load, live load, earthquake load, connection calculation, and pier calculation. For loading refers to SNI 1725: 2016 guidelines, steel structure planning for bridges refers to RSNI T-03-2005, and for earthquake loads refers to SNI 2833: 2008. From the results of the analysis using the CSI Bridge program the maximum deflection in the normal steel profile was 167 mm and the maximum deflection profile was 107 mm. As for the structural weight obtained with for ordinary steel profiles WF of 45261 kg and price efficiency are Rp 1.786.635.400,00 and for structural weight with castellated 29007 kg and price efficiency are Rp 1.134.173.300,00. Then, the weight and efficiency price for castellated are 0.64% lower than structures with normal profiles.
