Abstract
In evaluating problems that occur in the field, especially problems in the use of belt V on an SRP which are classified as inefficient in carrying out their performance, resulting in a lack of usage time of the V belt. One of the factors that can dispute the use of belt V is not maximal is the tension in the Belt. The pump to be analyzed in this case is 3 units, namely well X with a value of T1 = 1415.5 N and T2 = 1155.4 N, well Y with a value of T1 = 1436.2 N and T2 = 1161.7 N, and a well Z with a value of T1 = 1446.3 and T2 = 1196.4 N. The three wells have the same specifications as Motor Power 20 HP, then have an input diameter of 200 mm and an output of 800 mm with input rotation of 1200 rpm, and have a distance between axle axes along 1450 mm. What distinguishes it is the value of the V belt tension of the three wells that affect the wear time of the V belt itself
