Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of prepaid electricity service installations at the Office of the State Electric Company of Rayon Tanjungbatu, Kundur District, Karimun Regency and to determine the inhibiting factors of the service quality of the prepaid electricity installations at the Office of the State Electric Company of Tanjungonatu Rayon District, Karimun Regency. Indicators of service quality assessment used include Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive research type. There are three population groups and the sample in this study are the Head of Royon numbering 1 person, PLN employees are 4 people and customers for the new prepaid electricity installation are 24 people. Three sampling techniques used in determining the sample are the census for the rayon head population, purposive sampling for the population of PLN employees and simple random sampling for the population groups of prepaid electricity pairs. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data collected using questionnaire and interview lists and secondary data collected using observation techniques. Based on the analysis conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the Quality of Prepaid Electricity New Service At the State Electric Company Office in Tanjungbatu Rayon District, Kundur, Karimun Regency is in the category of "Good Enough". Recommendations that need to be considered are especially concerned with improving the quality of services to the community so that people who get services from the state electricity company office are satisfied with the services provided.
