Abstract

Learning styles are the ways, attitudes, and habits that are carried out by students to concentrate on the learning process. Every student has style different learning in absorbing the information provided. Problem which was examined in this study was the Learning Style Analysis of Class XI Students 2 Rimba Melintang Public High School in Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Regency Downstream Academic Year 2018/2019 ". This study aims to describe learning style of class XI students of SMA 2 Rimba Melintang. Study population this is all class XI students of SMA 2 Rimba in the District of Rimba Transverse to Rokan Hilir Regency, amounting to 108 high school students used is a random sample or random sample. Sample in research This amounted to 86 students from the XI IPS 1 class, XI IPS II and XI Science. The method used in this research is descriptive method The theory that the author uses in this study is the theory of Bobbi Depotter (2013: 111). Data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaire distribution techniques and interviews. Based on the results of the study known that the visual learning style of class XI students of SMA 2 Rimba Melintang Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency Academic Year 2018/2019 with a percentage of 67.37 in the good category. Classroom auditory learning style XI Rimba Melintang 2 High School in Rimba Melintang District Rokan Hilir Academic Year 2018/2019 with a percentage of 77.07 with categories well. The learning style of Kinesthetic students of class XI of SMA 2 Rimba Melintang Rimba Melintang District, Rokan Hilir Regency Academic Year 2018/2019 with a percentage of 80.35 with a very good category. So, between the three styles studying class XI Rimba 2 High School 2 District Rimba District Crossing the Rokan Hilir Regency 2018/2019 school year is more likely using kinesthetic learning styles in learning.
