Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Competence and Motivation have on employee performance. In this research the method used is descriptive method. While the analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination of the population of 85 people and a sample of 31 people who were respondents in this study. This study uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees who work at PT Indojaya Agrinusa Hatchery Sungai Pinang. The results of this study showed that competence and motivation influences employee performance.
