Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze how the process and methods recruitment, selection, and placement of outsourcing workers by PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera Pekanbaru. Types and sources of data used in this research is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques, namely interview and questionnaire. After the research data has been collected, then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Population and sample at this study is an outsourcing worker in the administrative department that has been place in the company service users from PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that the recruitment at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Prosperous Pekanbaru can be concluded to be in a good category, while variable selection and placement at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera Pekanbaru can be concluded to be in a very good category.
