Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job characteristics on the commitment of employees at PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Petapahan. Population and research sample of all employees of PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Petapahan with 34 people. And to increase employee commitment efforts one of the efforts that can be done is to pay attention to employee job satisfaction and job characteristics. So from that as a factor that supports job satisfaction and job characteristics must be considered for the creation of good employee commitment in a company. PT. Tunggal Yunus Estate Petapahan has been trying to create satisfaction and job characteristics for each of its employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the hypothesis test the results of the influence of job satisfaction, and the job characteristics of employee. commitment have a significant effect with t count respectively. In the F test shows that the variables of work satisfaction and job characteristics together have a significant effect on employee commitment. And the results of the coefficient of.
