Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bangkinang located at Teuku Umar Street No. 35-36 Bangkinang. The sample of this study was all employees of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Bangkinang totaled 72 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis using descriptive method that the data were analyzed by outlining and linking with existing theories with existing problems, which will then provide results that are relevant to the next and then drawn conclusions and suggestions. The results showed there were significant positive effect between job satisfaction on employee performance. This means, if the job satisfaction was better, so the performance of the employee would be better too. Obtained regression equation Y=23.126+0.603X+e. The influence of job satisfaction to the employee’s performance was 0.398, This shows that 39.8% of the employee's performance was influenced by job satisfaction.
