Abstract
This study aims to be able to find out as well as the Conditions of Employee Organizational Commitment for Human Resources / General Administration at PT.Perkebunan Nusantaraa V sei garo. The sampell in the study amounted to 29 employees using the saturated sampling method or census. This study uses a descriptive method that is by analyzing the data that has been collected and tabulated and linked to the theoretical foundation studied by the center. Based on the results of the study, the results of the analysis of Organizational Commitment were obtained. Employees in the Administration of Human Resources / Public Resources at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Garo were in a very good category, namely 84.90%. This shows that the Organizational Commitments in the Company are running very well. Measurement of organizational commitment through the Affective Dimensions, Continuance Dimensions and Normative dimensions.
