Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of effectiveness the use and trust of accounting information systems technology towards Individual performance in travel companies in Marpoyan Damai District Pekanbaru. The population of this study was conducted at all travel companies there are 56 Marpoyan Damai Districts in Pekanbaru. Sampling is done by census technique. Number of samples tested the same as the total population of 56 companies. data collection conducted by distributing 112 questionnaires to 56 companies travel. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis models with SPSS 22.00 software Based on the results of the F test it is known that the independent variable influences with respect to the dependent variable, individual performance. The t test shows effectiveness the use of accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance with a significant value of 0.034. And for the trust variable on accounting information system technology has a significant effect on individual performance with a significant value of 0.039. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous effectiveness use and trust in accounting information system technology significant effect on individual performance in travel companies Marpoyan District, Damai, Pekanbaru.
