Abstract
This study aims to solve the problem that is by doing the explosion of muscle limb power to the ability of sickle cursor pencak silat tread sacred in SMP Muhammadiyah II Pekanbaru. The type of research used is the experiment do students Pencak silat tread sacred in SMP Muhammadiyah II Pekanbaru. Sample in this research is Student of sacred tread In SMP Muhammadiyah II Pekanbaru amount to 12 people sample. Instrument test that is done is measurement ability of crescope kick rate data is analyzed by using t statistic alnative analysis. Based on the results of research that has been done can be concluded that: the influence of leg muscle explosive power training on the speed of sickle cursor at martial art silat athletes in SMP Muhammadiyah II Pekanbaru.
