Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction on the quality of science teachers' learning at SMPN 1 Batang Peranap Year 2016/2017. This research is a quantitative research by processing data descriptively. The method used in this research is survey method and data collection is done by using questionnaire and observation sheet. The population in this study is all students of class VII and VIII SMP Negeri 1 Batang Peranap Year 2016/2017, while the sample in this study as many as 98 people using sampling technique is proportional random sampling, taken from students of class VII and VIII junior N 01 Batang Peranap Year 2016/2017. The distributed items consist of 28 statement items. Based on the results of data processing has been done, it can be concluded that student satisfaction on the quality of teaching science teachers in SMPN 1 Batang Peranap can be categorized very satisfied with the percentage 88.91%. On the indicator of reliability is in good category with the percentage of 88.78%, the indicator of responsiveness is in good category with the percentage of 88.98%, the indicator empathy is in good category with percentage 90.05%, the indicator of the guarantee is in good category with percentage 88.52% physical evidence indicator is in good category with percentage 88.22%.
