Abstract

he purpose of this research is to know the improving psikomotoric students’ biology with application method to observe in students VII class SMPN 7 Kuntodarussalam in academic 2016/2017 year. The researcher is classroom action research, this research conducted during April until Mei. Subject in this research is VII class SMPN 7 Kuntodarussalam academic 2016/2017 the population is 33 students’ has 16 man students and 17 woman students’. The measure of parameter is improving psikomototic by portfolio and working method students’. Analysis of the data in this research is descriptive by psikomotoric assessment students’ the research had been conducted 2 cycle where 8 meeting, the assessment psikomotoric from population assessment portfolio and working method in base competence. Before classroom action research the assessment ability students’ to know psikomotoric is 77,2%, after classroom action research cycle 1 is 81,7%, was improving to students before classroom action research cycle 1 is 4,5%, in cycle 2 was improve 85,7% was improve psikomotoric students’ from cycle 1 to cycle 2 is 4,0%. It means that the application observe method can improve psikomotoric students’ ability of VII class in SMPN 7 Kuntodarussalam academic 2016/2017 years.
