Abstract

This study aims to develop module Biology an integrated Imtaq on the subject matter of the structure and function of the tissue in plants SMA / MA. This research is a development research using ADDIE development model which consists of stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. But in this study only reached the stage of development. Determination of the sample using purvosive sampling technique, and the number of samples of 10 students from each school, namely SMAN Plus Riau Province, SMAN 2 Pekanbaru, and SMAN 14 Pekanbaru. The data obtained in the development of this Imtaq integrated Biology module is by validating the Biology module to learning experts, material experts, experts, and teachers, and looking at the students' assessment of the Biology module developed by testing the limited validity by using a validation sheet. Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis. The results of this study are in the form of integrated Biology module products on the subject matter of the structure and function of the tissue in plants that are packaged in printed form. The results of the validation of the material experts showed that the module was categorized as very valid with a percentage of 93.05%. The results of the learning expert validation show that the module belongs to a very valid category with a percentage of 96.21%. Imtaq expert validation results show that the module is categorized as very valid with a percentage of 93.75%, and the results of validation by three Biology subject teachers indicate that the module belongs to a very valid category with an average percentage of 98.08%. The Biology Module developed was very well received by students. This can be seen from the average response of students from three schools with an average percentage of 92.95% (very good). Based on the results of the validation of the experts obtained products in the form of integrated Biology module Imtaq on the subject matter of the structure and function of the tissue in plants is very valid to be used in Biology learning activities of class XI SMA / MA.
