Abstract

In this modern era the position of men and women was not something worth debating anymore. The separation between men and women at work is getting thinner so that women are no longer regarded as a person who takes care of the house wife only. However, in this era many women occupy important positions in work therefore caused family work conflict this condition requires social support. Based on the problem, the research aimed to found out the relationship of working family conflict with social support. Method of uantitative research that used scale conflict- work of family and social support as a means research of collecting data. Popula tion of this research was female nurse at Eka Hospital, while the sample of this research was 135 nurses, as sample used Simple Randam Sampling. After collecting the data, then the technique analyzing data was product moment correlation it was eased by using SPSS 21, the value of correlation coefficient (r) is -0.368 with value (p) 0,000 (p <0,01). Contribution of influence conflict variable-family work with support family with social support in this research was 13,5%.
