Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know u ntuk Evaluation Bengkalis District Regulation No. 07 Year 2006 on the Exploitation of swallow nest. The indicator in this research is Effectiveness , Efficiency, Responsiveness, Accuracy, Adequacy and Equity . The research is located in the District of Bengkalis Environmental Agency, this study uses a type of quantitative research with the type of descriptive survey research, which prioritizes the questionnaire list as a means of collecting data and data collected with this tool then used as the main raw material for analyzing the empirical conditions of the objectivity of the purpose research on a careful location. The population and sample of this, the Head of the Regional Environmental Impact Management Agency, the Swallow Nest Breeding Entrepreneur and the Community living around the Swallow's Nest breeding. Types and data collection techniques used consist of primary data which is collected through research tools in the form of questionnaires and interview lists, then primary data collected using frequency table tools. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Evaluation of Bengkalis Regency Local Regulation Number 07 of 2006 concerning the Exploitation of Swallow's Nest is in the unfavorable category .
